Refund Policy
Due to the nature of instructor scheduling and securing rental spaces, ResusReady does not issue any refunds or transferability of services on regularly scheduled ACLS/BLS courses it provides equal to or less than 14 days from the course start date. Cancellations greater than 14 days from the course start date are subject to a $125 cancellation fee. This is due to the expenses already incurred that cannot be refunded, such as Heart & Stroke online module keys and securing rooms and instructors. Refunds will not be issued for any ‘no-shows. Please know we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality training that our customers come to expect. Course Cancellation
Private, Mobile, or EPICC Course Bookings
At ResusReady, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. However, to ensure a productive and engaging environment for all participants, each course requires a minimum number of enrolled participants as set out by Heart & Stroke.
Minimum Enrollment Requirement:
We reserve the right to cancel any course that does not meet the minimum participant requirement. If a course is canceled for this reason, all registered participants will be notified in advance and offered the following options:
A full refund of any fees paid
The opportunity to transfer to another course of equal value
A credit that can be used for future courses
Notification of Cancellation:
We will make every effort to notify you of a course cancellation as soon as possible. Notifications will be sent via email to the contact information provided during registration.
Other Cancellations:
Courses may also be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or facility issues. In such cases, we will work promptly to reschedule the course or offer alternative options as listed above.

It is the obligation of the customer/group organizer to ensure they adequately fill the seats of the course(s) they purchase. This policy is set out by the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada in regards to the minimum number of students required to run a course, which for Heart Saver, BLS, and ACLS, is three students.
