Jesse Sheridan
Founder
Jesse has spent over 14 years in healthcare training, beginning as a paramedic before moving into teaching and later designing curriculum and simulation within hospital settings. His work is grounded in how clinicians actually learn and apply knowledge in real patient care. In 2024, he founded ResusReady to rethink how training is built and delivered. He’s passionate about education that goes beyond memorization to help clinicians understand the “why” behind their decisions so they can adapt in real situations. His goal is simple: better-trained clinicians, making better decisions, improving confidence and patient outcomes.
Aimee Bachand
Director of Clinical Education
Aimee brings over 15 years of nursing experience, including more than a decade in intensive care units across British Columbia. Her clinical background in critical care is matched by her strength as an educator, with a focus on creating clear, practical learning that translates directly to patient care. As a clinical educator and experienced ACLS and BLS instructor, Aimee has taught hundreds of clinicians across disciplines. Her teaching is grounded in current evidence and a deep understanding of resuscitation & critical care. She brings a thoughtful, learner-centered approach to every course, helping clinicians move beyond memorization to develop clinical judgment they can rely on in real situations.
Shirin T.
Clinical Instructor
Shirin is a registered nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience, specializing in critical care. With a background in clinical teaching and as a member of a hospital resuscitation team, she brings strong clinical insight and hands-on experience to her learners. Her teaching is grounded in fundamentals, with a focus on understanding the complexities of patient care and clinical decision-making. She brings a thoughtful, problem-solving approach to her work, with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes and effective team-based care. Shirin is known for her calm, patient-centered approach, helping learners build confidence while developing the clinical reasoning needed to manage complex situations.
Lynn Crockatt
Clinical Instructor
Lynn brings over 29 years of experience as an Advanced Life Support paramedic and paramedic practice educator. With extensive experience leading resuscitations, she brings deep clinical insight and real-world perspective into every course she teaches. Known for her practical approach, Lynn excels at breaking down complex concepts and procedures into clear, manageable steps that clinicians can apply in real situations. Her teaching is focused, experience-driven, and grounded in what actually works at the bedside and in the field. Lynn is deeply committed to her learners, creating meaningful educational experiences that build confidence, competence, and clinical judgment.
Eric McConaghy
Clinical Instructor
Eric brings over 17 years of experience in emergency medical services, combining real-world clinical expertise with a strong foundation in education. He has extensive experience teaching new paramedics, as well as ACLS and BLS courses across a range of learner levels. In addition to teaching, Eric has led the development and ongoing refinement of curriculum, driving continuous improvement to keep training practical, current, and grounded in real clinical demands. Known for his engaging, down-to-earth style, Eric makes complex concepts accessible while keeping learning interactive, focused, and applicable to real patient care.
