Refund Policy
Due to the nature of instructor scheduling and securing rental spaces, ResusReady does not issue any refunds or transferability of services on courses it provides equal to or less than 14 days from the course start date. Cancellations greater than 14 days from the course start date are subject to a $125 cancellation fee. This is due the expenses already incurred from Heart & Stroke and room rentals that cannot be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for any ‘no-shows. Private bookings where the customer/group organizer is unable to fill enough course seats to meet the minimum student count requirements set out by Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada Policy will also result in course cancellation without refund (see ‘Low Enrollment Cancellation Policy’). Please know we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality training that our customers come to expect. Low Enrollment Cancellation Policy
For private group bookings, ResusReady has the right to cancel a course without refund if the minimum number of students cannot be met on the day of the course. It is the obligation of the customer/group organizer to ensure they adequately fill the seats of the course(s) they purchase. This policy is set out by the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada in regards to the minimum number of students required to run a course, which for Heart Saver, BLS, and ACLS, is three students.
